Polished bar steel" manufactured through "non-cutting plastic processing.

The "polished bar steel" has extremely low material loss and improved material strength. It achieves superior dimensional accuracy and a smooth, glossy surface compared to hot processing.

Our company manufactures polished bar steel using cold processing methods called "cold drawing" and "cold rolling." Both processes are characterized by being plastic deformations that do not remove material like cutting or grinding, resulting in extremely low material loss. Additionally, since the processing is done at cold (room temperature), it does not reduce material strength, and compared to hot (high temperature) processing methods, it achieves a high level of dimensional accuracy. 【Features】 <Cold Drawing> - A processing method where the raw bar steel or wire is passed through a tool called a "die," which has holes, at "cold (room temperature)" to stretch and change the shape of the material. - By changing the shape of the die hole, various shapes can be produced. <Cold Rolling> - A processing method where bar steel or wire is passed between a pair of cylindrical tools called rollers, changing the shape by squeezing it like stretching noodles. *For more details, please download the materials or feel free to contact us.
